The full white-glove process: underwriting your file before any bank sees it, matching it to the right bank, a processor who prepares you for the bank conversation, and a personal introduction to the loan officer. The fee is invoiced only after closing and funding, can be paid from the funds you receive, and can be built into the loan amount. No loan, no fee.
Rates run from 9% to 15% fixed, simple interest, depending on your credit profile, over 5- or 7-year terms with no prepayment penalty. Rates do not include the one-time 15% Professional Service Fee. You'll see your specific range of amounts and rates at initial approval.
You can. Many of our clients come to us when they need it handled faster, privately, without putting up collateral, or when they're between banking relationships. We underwrite first, place your file with a bank that fits, and prepare you for the conversation. That way you aren't applying in multiple places and collecting inquiries.
